Corey Wynns

Lead Pastor

Serving as the lead pastor since 2007.
Corey’s calling has been to teach biblical truth that impacts lives and leads to real, transformative change. Corey’s passion is to guide others in becoming devoted followers of Jesus, equipping them to live out their faith with purpose.

Jared Arneson

Associate Pastor

Jared is dedicated to walking alongside people in every season of life. He serves by mentoring, teaching, and helping cultivate a strong, Christ-centered community. He is passionate about equipping believers to grow in their faith and discover their unique purpose God has placed within them. Jared is known for compassion, steady leadership, and a genuine love for God’s word.

Darren King

Associate Pastor | Lead Sound Technician

Been serving at Crossing since 2015.
Darren is dedicated in creating an excellent worship experience through audio and visual production that supports both the ministry team and congregation each week.

RJ Simpson

Youth Pastor

Been serving as Youth Pastor since 2019. RJ’s primary goal is to grow the students personal relationship with Christ by listening to the Word and then guiding them to apply it to their lives.
RJ’s driving scripture in the Core Youth Group is James 1:22; doers of the word, and not only hearers, deceiving yourself.

Guest Experience Director | Prayer Ministry Leader

Leads both the Prayer Ministry and Welcome Team at Crossing. China is passionate about creating space for God to move and helping people feel seen, supported, and loved. In prayer ministry, China leads with compassion and faith. On the Welcome Team, China loves making guests feel at home with genuine connection.

Jeff and Jeannie Geissler

Project Hope Directors

Has been serving the Project Hope Outreach ministry since 2019.
God called Jeff and Jeannie to serve the less fortunate and they have been obedient in that calling since 2000. Their heart is to share God’s love and remind each person that they matter and they are never forgotten.

Meghan Goff

Pastoral Support | Director of Technology

Meghan supports the technology systems and behind-the-scenes work that keeps Crossing connected and organized. She works closely with the Lead Pastor to support the ministry, congregation, and other daily needs of the church. It is Meghan’s goal to help create a smooth, welcoming, and spiritually encouraging experience.

Bryan and Vanessa Hitt

Children’s Ministry Leaders

Bryan and Vanessa’s goal in serving in the Children’s ministry groups is to partner with parents by planting and nurturing seeds of faith in the next generation.
But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 19:14

Operations Director

Kerry’s goal is to ensure that the congregation walk through Crossing’s doors in a safe and welcoming environment.

Naomi Kimball

Women’s Ministry Leader | Event Coordinator

Naomi’s heart is encourage, equip, and walk alongside women as they grow in faith. As Event Coordinator, Naomi is passionate in providing fun, Christ-centered events that brings families and communities together.

Sarah Simpson

Worship Leader

Been serving as the Worship Leader since 2019. Sarah lead worship to bring the congregation in praising God by creating an atmosphere that helps them encounter God in a meaningful and Christ centered way.

Greg and Renee Smith

Freedom Recovery Directors

Greg and Renee have been serving as leaders in Freedom Recovery since 2020.
Greg leads Freedom Recovery and Renee leads Food Recovery. They both have a heart and passion for helping others seek God so that they may find recovery and chains broken.

Terry Thompson

Men’s Ministry Leader

Serves and coordinates the Men’s Ministry group on Wednesday evenings. Terry’s goal is to learn, share praise reports, pray, and do life together – both in class and throughout the week.

Pam Thompson

Church Secretary

Has been serving as Crossing’s secretary since 2007. Pam handles the administrative side of the church – books, bills, banking, and more. She is honored to support the ministry in this way and loves being a part of such a great church family.

Courtney Watkins

Nursery Director

Courtney has been working with children since 2007.
Courtney holds a non-expiring Texas Child-Care Director’s License and a CDA. Her goal is to use her experience to create a safe and nurturing nursery at Crossing.

Gracie Wynns

Social Media Director | Content Creator

Gracie loves getting to share what God is doing at Crossing by capturing moments, creating meaningful content, and helping the community stay connected and encouraged throughout the week.
